Scope. Galbreath Capital Consulting (“GCC,” “we,” “our”) operates as a service of Galbreath Capital, a Texas limited liability company. These terms govern your use of gcc.2100.cool and Billy, our AI assistant. Separately offered consulting, fund and investment services are governed by their own written agreements. A signed engagement agreement controls any conflict concerning services provided under that agreement.
Authorized use. Billy is available to authorized team members and stakeholders. Protect your sign-in links, act lawfully, respect confidentiality and submit only information you are authorized to share. You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, impersonate others or submit malicious content. Security testing, automated scraping and reverse engineering require our written authorization, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
AI assistance and professional review. Billy and other site materials provide general information, education and workflow support. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, audit, securities, investment, real estate brokerage, valuation or other regulated professional advice. Obtain appropriate independent professional review before relying on outputs for consequential decisions or documents. Authorized human decision-makers retain all approval and transaction authority.
Securities and investment services. This website and Billy do not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities or interests in any fund, syndication or special purpose vehicle. Access alone does not create an investment advisory, brokerage, placement agent, fiduciary or attorney-client relationship. Any separately offered securities brokerage or placement activity must comply with applicable registration requirements or exemptions. Privacy and confidentiality. We handle information as described in our Privacy Notice and subject to any applicable signed confidentiality agreement. Contracted technology providers support the website and Billy, including hosting, authentication, email, AI and voice functions. Do not submit account credentials, payment information or unrelated sensitive personal information into Billy.
Intellectual property. GCC and its licensors retain their rights in the website, Billy interface and related materials. Access grants limited permission to use these materials for their intended informational and authorized business purposes. Redistribution requires permission unless permitted by law. Submitting content does not transfer ownership of that content to GCC.
Availability and limitations. We may modify, restrict or suspend access to address security, misuse or legal requirements. To the extent permitted by law, the website, Billy and their outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free outputs or financial outcomes. Users remain responsible for verifying information and obtaining the necessary advice and approvals before acting. These terms do not exclude rights, remedies or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Acceptance, updates and contact. By using the website or Billy, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Notice explains how we process information, and we request separate consent where required by law. Updates will be posted here with a revised date, with additional notice or consent where required. Updates do not amend separately signed agreements.
